Hey, I’m George, and in 2017, I was diagnosed with a moderate-severe case of ulcerative colitis after dealing with IBS for several years. Since then, I’ve become very passionate about learning everything I can about health.

The journey has not been without hardship, but I’ve kept on searching for answers to try and get to the bottom of what’s causing IBD and how to resolve it.

So that’s why I started this – to share what I’ve learnt and what I continue to learn.
